  • Exploring the limitations of 3D printed guides for apicoectomy surgery

What we offer

Understanding Endodontic Procedures

At Western Connecticut Endodontics, we specialize in preserving your natural teeth through advanced endodontic care. When the inner pulp of a tooth becomes inflamed or infected, these specialized procedures can relieve pain, eliminate infection, and save your tooth from extraction.

When the inner pulp of your tooth becomes infected or inflamed, a Root Canal Treatment removes the damaged tissue, cleanses the inside of your tooth, and seals it to prevent further infection. This procedure effectively saves your natural tooth.

If a previously root-canaled tooth experiences new problems or persistent infection, Endodontic Re-treatment offers a solution. We carefully reopen the tooth to clean and reseal the canals, giving your tooth a second chance at complete healing.

Apicoectomy: Targeted Care for Persistent Issues

For persistent infection at the very tip of a tooth root, an Apicoectomy is a precise surgical procedure. This allows us to remove the infected root tip and seal it directly, saving your tooth when conventional treatments are not enough.

TechNology 1

Microscope

The nerve of the tip of the tooth is less 0.05 inches. High magnification allow to look closely and we can find and treat very small nerve.

TechNology 2

SWEEPS Endodontic laser treatment

The Fotona SWEEPS® procedure uses a gentle laser to create powerful, microscopic shockwaves within the cleaning solution, allowing it to thoroughly disinfect the tiny, complex spaces inside your tooth’s root canals that traditional methods might miss. This advanced technology helps ensure a deeper clean, promoting faster healing and a more successful, long-lasting outcome for your root canal.”

TechNology 3

Gentle Wave Ultra-Cleaning

The gentle wave ultra cleaning will clean every small root canal. This will give you not only the excellence of the work, but also the comforts for the patient.
